I do not think that anyone is using the tracer darts anymore...

Perhaps they need to get back into a middle ground that is closer to what they were at their introduction. I would say that the part that could be improved is the time the target remains designated ...

@Anobix Honestly it needs to replenish 2 or 3 whenever you visit a crate as it only gives you 1 when you go near a ammo crate like other gadgets

Darts usually get ''washed off'' quickly by the countermeasures/flares. It's generally useless, unless fired at from really close range and a teammates instantly locks on to it with M5 (not javelin, that takes too long to lock on).

The darts in Bad Company 2 were way better IIRC.
