In my humble opinion, it went down like this
"I got an idea, let's make the new Battlefield a Battle Royale cause BR's are hot right now right?"
"Oh, crap everybody hates that idea, what do we do now? We've already made the maps and the hero characters for BR's."
"I know we'll just use the same models for both sides and call 'em No-Pats everybody will buy that right?"
"We'll get Ricky the intern from the mail-room to write the backstory it'll be great!"
"Great round table boys, drinks are on me down at the pub!"
@Ironhead841This reminds me of the "staff meetings" in the BF4 Battle-failed parody series (made during the darker days of BF4).
