I got ban on 18/Mar/25 at 3:21 PM UTC While i did not play at time

Around that time, I just downloaded the game update and shut down steam. I did not launch game. [CM - Screenshot removed]

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look.

    We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but our ToS team can check back into this through an appeal.

Make sure two step verification is enabled in your account, change your e-mail password then your game password.

    i checked 2 step verfication and change new password for both EA account and my email. But I don't know how to prove to them that I wasn't playing at that time to get the ban lifted.

      You don't need to prove anything, in this case! Our Terms of Service team will just take a look back through their own records to verify what took place. 

      The only thing you'll need to do here to get that process started is create an appeal.
