I got ban on 18/Mar/25 at 3:21 PM UTC While i did not play at time

Around that time, I just downloaded the game update and shut down steam. I did not launch game. [CM - Screenshot removed]

i checked 2 step verfication and change new password for both EA account and my email. But I don't know how to prove to them that I wasn't playing at that time to get the ban lifted.

You don't need to prove anything, in this case! Our Terms of Service team will just take a look back through their own records to verify what took place.

The only thing you'll need to do here to get that process started is create an appeal.
