@Kean_1111 I just checked and it actually says "Year one pass + ultimate content" bundle.

I guess that means its just the Ultimate edition skins you're getting with the upgrade

Yeah, it actually lists what comes with the purchase. ....the pass, bundles, digital soundtrack, etc.
