@FaustoHD4K I ran into that years ago and I guess had a better support person as they were able to get my up and running. Took a bit to get a real person, but once I did it took about half an hour. I did have some of the info I needed, no access to the old email or anything but was able to answer the questions. The account was years old too. If you don’t know any of the answers man, cmon what do you expect them to do? Just give it to you? Seeing the troubles you’re having actually makes me feel slightly better about account security at EA. Feels good to vent though, so I get that. If it makes you feel better at all, the games not fantastic and you’re really doing yourself a favour. Not too sure why you’d buy it twice on different platforms?

I ran into this when my son's account for Forknife was needing to be recovered. Epic asked like 10 questions and we could only answer 6 of them but that was not enough to prove to them that I was the owner of the account so, we lost everything on my son's Forkife account; all in game purchases , ranking, etc.
I couldn't even find a way to talk with support aside from emailing which is the most annoying thing. I want to speak with a human.
