I just bought a next gen Xbox. Do I need to buy BF 2042 again?

Just found the new Xbox (after months of not being able to even find it anywhere), and now I can only play the Xbox One version of BF 2042. Do I have to buy the gam e again to get the next gen versio...

Yes I'm sure I want to play. I bought the game... I'd like to play. I just don't want to spend another $70 on it after having bought it already.

@steevscool Pretty sure EA/DICE run the "double dip program" and will make you buy another copy.
