I keep joining empty lobbies cause I'm stuck in the middle-east region

I have cross-play on and when I try to join a lobby any time other than 9-11 PM I keep joining empty lobbies and can't at all find a game. I'm basically stuck in a region locked system where I can't ...

    I play on the west coast of the US, when I play the south American servers, I was unstoppable, it wasn't a good experience for the South Americans I'm pretty sure. This was only at 80 ping.
