I pre-ordered BF2042 but have not received my beta key from reseller?

I have pre-ordered the special edition of BF2042, but the reseller have not given us the codes for the beta, they should've gone out this morning. They state they have not received them yet. Is this ...

    This may be a frustrating answer but I'm pretty sure this isn't resolvable at EA's end - it's for the reseller to address and they should not be fobbing you off, to be honest.

Yeah i agree, altough after being in contact 3 times they still said yeah they might be sent today, so wait. Its honestly ridiculous for the biggest store in the netherlands. Customer service just repeats for me to wait and keeps changing the time. I know its not up to EA but i was just curious if they knew anything about it or could help.

I am just gonna cancel the pre-order there and get it somewhere else since this is honestly terrible service imo.
