Will Battlefield 2042 allow to play conquest, team deathmatch and others against AI bots offline just like Battlefront II allowed players to play supremacy and co-op against bots? Does it support split screen offline and online as well? Also what is the name of the game mode called for the AI bots? Instant action or?
Thank you very much!

Bots could make some assignments infinitely more humane too

JackFrags mentions bots here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YN1wwnN0CF0
So... I think you will get them! - TheGM865 years agoRising Scout
It is amusing they had to add AI players to the game knowing just how bad most of the player base is. gives us Goods something worth shooting at as opposed to turnip farming.

Not sure how much those turnips might hurt though...
Last time EA DICE had bots (2142), you could adjust amount and "difficulty" of them as well... I might be misremembering the difficulty part, but I sometimes created some dicey (<---😉) situations.
- TheGM865 years agoRising Scout@carsono311 They don't hurt, that is the problem. but turnip farming is a brain numbing endeavor the turnips themselves are probably gonna get steam rolled by the Bots even if the AI is set to Inbred.
- @Player55 As JackFrags says in his video, you will be able to play solo against AI. AI will as well be in the multiplayer and it sounds like, they will fill up servers, to make them run with lesser players. I guess there is a good chance to play versus AI with a couple of friends. I haven´t heard anything about splitscreen yet.
I hope that there's no split screen for PC players at least.

I remember reading an ancient post on BF3 about bot support.
Apparently DICE (back then) said that bot support was too difficult because the bots could not navigate through rough terrain and through destroyed walls.
I think they said something about how the bot models kept getting stuck in places and would often clump up in places.
But if they use player movement data (and using machine learning and AI as well as player consent), we could see rather realistic player movement in-game.
So maybe no more dumb-as bricks teamates anymore, hopefully.
- @Noobgamer0111 They have learned a lot since BF3 with the Battlefront series. Bots are done quiet well in these games.
