@UP_Hawxxeye 100% The removal of All-Chat greatly aided in detracting the game from the traditional Battlefield formula.
It was a lackluster attempt at sanitizing the experience as shown by the quips the Heroes give, not one of those quips referenced disaster or calamity.
I see no reason why they can't bring All-Chat back. In fact, there was a bug recently that reintroduced it but then they "fixed" it...
Battlefield needs far more social aspects NOT LESS. Imo innovation is needed, maybe Proximity voice chat for team mates, so that you can actually voice chat with people in your vehicle or around you... You can't voice chat with people in your vehicle if they're not in your squad... This has always annoyed me, what's worse however is that even if you could voice chat with them, they still can't see your pings! Proximity Pings and Proximity Voice Chat absolutely have to be a thing, all-chat too. And obviously like any good implementation, there should be options to filter it.
Communication in this game is just shoddy at best. The commorose is so buggy compared to previous titles. And if I'm not mistaken, there's actually a bug right now that can occur where switching panels in the commorose switches your weapons fire mode...
