@Brav🤭ne-PC What do you want the community to do after listening to you? Its like buying a house, you have no control, you either relax and go with the flow or walk away... either way it's not worth fretting over.

Houses have condition reports in Denmark before purchase as well as change of ownership insurance.
- @SirBobdk They do in most countries i've lived in or visited the last 25 years too, just in a few it's "optional" to include them in relation to a purchase, read: "you'd be insane not to get an inspection done before signing anything" including the US.
In the US in particular you're hosed if you didn't get an inspection if you find a hidden fault after purchase and then try to go via insurance, it's a weird convoluted system that changes from state to state too.
Purchasing a house with the mentality "i have no control" sounds like a recipe for disaster in all cases by the way 🙂
Was also required by the bank in my last purchase which was in Norway, though i suspect the laws are fairly similar in the scandinavian countries.
The insurance you get is also a lot more comprehensive vs the usual homeowners insurance stateside, and somehow cheaper in the process. (and don't get me started on the co-pay difference)@FringerunnerPoint is, when a buyer or vendor pulls out, or the chain breaks down or solicitors the other party's solicitors drag their feet, you can do a lot of fretting for something you probably cannot change... you just need to hang on to the ride.
The mentality is coping with the realities of the situation.- @lzilchetl im stuck waiting for the probate to be signed off on the property im buying. That can go on for months and months. "will be at least another month" is a phrase Ive heard a couple times now. Which will come first I wonder. My moving in date or BF2042 release.
