You'd need to contact EA Help to request a refund as it's not possible to do here at all, as nobody here can access your account for security reasons. You should be able to reach them by going to help.ea.com, selecting the game, and then choosing the "I want a refund" option (that gave me a chat just now).
However, if you're outside the refund policy then EA Help might not be able to issue one. It's still worth trying, though, but I'd suggest keeping that in mind.
