Keep in mind that Windows 10 is phasing out and 11 requires Secure Boot. Games on the OS will likely have more requirements for parity ESPECIALLY any Microsoft owned titles.
Good luck with the refund but I'd start planning ahead on this dude. If you're a dual boot guy you of all people should know changing requirements and such is just part of the deal we make being on PC.
