To make it simple, then guess all soldiers/pilots should be considered 'equally fit' and have maybe their Pilot Blackout threshold at 5.5g? So going into a power dive, then you might get into a blurred or black screen when bottoming out in a downward dive. And should we also cover the opposite if topping out upside down? And then the duration of blackout will depend on total g force and duration of exposure beyond the 5.5g threshold.
Another aspect I would like see being fixed is the lack of proper stall on jets in past games. And that most just goes into weird floating in the air... Adding such aspects will make it harder for most but it will add the skillset requirements also to do well in dog fights and ability to get out of them alive with one on your six.
