Idea for new bolt-action sniper

It would be a nice to see a new bolt-action sniper rifle bc many other class have many choices but recon have basically have only 2 (sws and dxr-1). I know there is that ntw but be real no one use it against on infantry. (vault weapons were not included)
So i have been developed a small idea in my head of what the new one could be like. an I think it could be a small mix of earlier sniper rifles. stats: Firepower 90, Accuracy 76, Range 85, Handling 28. bolt-action sniper with those stats would be well balanced compared to other sniper rifles.
You can tell from its appearance that it is a "lightway" sniper rifle.
That sniper rifle have a special ammunition type: Tracking. when the bullet hit it will mark that target to your team for 5 seconds (can hit and track vehicles but doesn't do any damage to vehicles). other ammunition: high-power and subsonic.
thats sniper have normal sight, underbarrel and barrels like sws and dxr-1.
Just an idea I'm throwing out.
