If this is all true, then the BF series is dead

When will dice and ea get it through their thick skulls? We don't want to play a hero shooter/special characters fighting against each other. We want to play battlefield. You all had a unique series ...

@AntEater1997 Battlefield wont die, it'll likely get more popular and make more money for EA (At the end off the day that is all they care about)

Even if the game lost it's entire fan base because of a major shift chances are they would gain more new players than they lost by aiming for a mainstream audience.

I would miss the old days of battlefield, but I actually do enjoy 2042 to.
