If you do not fix the spawns

I am so tired of spawning on a checkpoint and getting shot in the back or in the face because there is a guy right in front of you. I die to this probably 3 times a game.  It's to the point that when I die I no longer spawn back at that objective and I just let the enemy have it because there's no way for me to spawn there and not get killed instantly. Fix it . How did a game get out of QA and them not notice this.
