Improvements to squad assignments

Instead of just randomly assigning people to squads I'd like to see DICE explore the idea of intelligent squad building. The sandbox nature of BF is great, but too often I get squadmates that have totally different and incompatible playstyles.

Give us some tools that would allow us to influence who we get squadded with.  This advanced squad building could all be optional.  Allow me to build a profile and select from a few dozen attributes that describe me and my playstyle.  Then allow me to choose which attributes I'm looking for in my squadmates.

For instance I could identify as a VOIP user and I could list VOIP as a preferred attribute for my squadmates.  Then instead of getting assigned to random squads the game could take this into consideration and ensure VOIP users get squadded together.

Other attribute possibilities:

Fast/aggressive

Slow/tactical

Tight squadplay

Loose squadplay

Offensive

Defensive

Sniper

Anti-Vehicle - SOFLAM user

Anti-Vehicle - Stinger user

Anti-Vehicle - M5 user

Spawn Beacon user

Medic

Support - Resupply

Vehicle repair/support

Tanker

Pilot

Other features this tool could have:

-Allow us to choose both attributes we DO want and DON'T want in squadmates. No jet pilots or snipers please.

-Allow us to rank the preferred attributes of our squadmates. I like both VOIP users and SOFLAM users, but would prefer to be matched with a VOIP user over a SOFLAM user.

-Do some background stat crunching to help validate selected attributes.  If someone is typically bottom 40% in KPM+DPM+APM then the tool would ignore an 'aggressive' attribute if they selected that for themselves.

-Display which attributes our squad matched on in the spawn screen.  If I got matched with someone because I identified as a vehicle repair/support player and they were a tanker then let the reason for the match be clear so I can adjust my playstyle to meet expectations.
