I had the same issue for some reason it keeps getting turned off by default for me.
I haven't seen many people chatting since they added that chat report thing
- @GrizzGolf Yep the chatting is way down now, and of course voice chat never works.

They kind of killed voice chat off now that they declared they will spy on peoples microphones if they are left on.
