Inaccessibility of scopes for color blind people

I recently started using the red dot sight however it is red. I am colorblind and have a really hard time seeing red or green, basically it is really hard for me to see where I am aiming if the reticle is red or green. I have my cross hair set to yellow, a color that I can see however it does not affect the reticle on scopes. Please allow us to change the color of scope reticles so that the color blind among us can see properly. And on another note, I wish I was able to manually input rgb values by typing them in when setting the cross hair and enemy/friendly colors instead of having to drag a dot around. The rgb values are shown but not able to be manually edited.
