Incomplete Changelogs & cheating on the rise again?

@EvilBolzen fortunately for me, I have never ever seen a hacker in this game on 500 hours played.

        Wouldn't surprise me if cheating is on the rise. It happens to all games after a wile. I would just move to another server if it was me. Why do people feel the need to disrupt others that are trying to have fun?
