@Adamonicam i reading that wrong or are they implying policing off platform (forums and game?) as part of the EUA?
- RMEChief3 years agoLegend@Prof3ss0r_M1k3 yep, that's the way I take it. Like somehow Social Media, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and these forums can possibly lead to your account being banned IN GAME.

There is no point in personal attacks, but man, they are still liable for the state of the game.
The customers were fooled and okey doked into paying full price for a half-baked game, then waited over a year to get it to a beta state. Again, another fact that shows how far out of touch they are with the BF community.

I am wondering if this was from the surveys? Someone took the effort to create and post it. Feels very defensive. They say they take constructive criticism, but then only listen to content creators and streamers, while the veteran players suffer.

@Prof3ss0r_M1k3no you are reading it wrong, it says nothing about off platform. Nothing in the TOS states anything about social media either.
"We won't tolerate any unwanted conduct against any EA employee and representative because of their affiliation with EA in EA Services or anywhere else." <-- where exactly is this located, i just read the TOS/EUA again and took your line and searched for it. I dont see it.
** Found it ** had to force refresh the page. was reading a cached version.
I don't condone the doxxing or any of the other more than crude responses either. But legally they cannot enforce anything outside of their property rights.
So that means: In-Game, Here on EA HQ, Their support systems, Surveys generated by them. And you can use that legally against them.
If it occurs on Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Reddit.... etc etc etc..... out of bounds. the only thing they can do on those sites is block you from that specific page, they cannot touch your game account as it did not occur directly on your account holding the game. If they try this, that's a consumer trust issue. You cant act on something like that that occurs off platform, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Legally the best they can do is block you from the off-platform location.
@Adamonic, these forums are in their direct control and are owned by them, so YES, something you say here, CAN result in your Game Account facing consequences. But places not in their direct control or ownership, no, they cannot.- GrizzGolf3 years agoSeasoned Ace
People who harass the dev team is pathic. Its a game. If you dont like it dont play it. Wow.....for real.....be nice. It doesn't take a lot.

They banned Enders for comments made on his YT channel. I don't know what exactly was said, but that seems like an incredible overreach. The kid is definitely obnoxious and probably has some undiagnosed mental condition, but this doesn't look good:
