Is anyone else losing Battle Pass progression points?

I have currently gone from level 17 to 18 3 times after 3 consecutive matches, and I feel like I am losing these progression points. I know this was an issue in the past seasons but thought it was fixed. Anyone else having this issue?

I am generally quite enjoying this season, map, and other content, but it is infuriating that all my work towards the items locked behind higher levels is being impacted by this issue.

    my battlepass is level 85b and it's been stuck for about 10 hours now. 5800/19500 xp. it will not move. I get xp during the round and after the tally it shows me but when I get to the pass screen it just says 0 and will not progress anything.
