I have heard rumours recently that battlefield 2042 ultimate edition comes free with EA play pro I just wanted to confirm if that is true or not. If so that can be a huge help thank you.

Yes, Battlefield 2042 Ultimate Edition is included with your paid monthly/yearly subscription to EA Play Pro.
I plan on signing up for a month of EA Play Pro so I can tryout BF2042 for $15 when it launches to see what stage of development the game is in.

Why pay $109 for the Ultimate version when you can only have to pay $99 to get it plus all the other games in the EA Library? Doesn't make sense.
@ZoojellyWell, depending on the supported life of the game, you will actually be paying $99 a year, every year… versus a one-time payment of $109.
If you only care about the Battleifeld series, it makes a lot of sense…
@carsono311Agreed, I enjoy some fifa, the odd bit of squadrons etc so it makes sense for me to pay yearly for Pro, although I'm thinking of just buying bf 2042 next year as I don't think I'll play fifa then.
To the op we need to watch closely because with fifa they made a special ea play pro edition at the last minute that made it so you didn't get the fifa points in one lump sum, but over 3 months.
