Is it just me or are footsteps REALLY loud?
As the title says, footsteps seem really loud to me to the extent I find myself looking all around for the perpetrator but find no one near. I then die to some one 20-30 yards away!

@Trokey66 I thought it was just a problem with my headset, but apparently not, so yes.
I thought someone was behind a wall i was bravely hiding behind, decided to flank, and got shot by the person who was actually across the courtyard out in the open.
I also had the direction be almost 90 degrees off and a floor off one time as well, sounded like they were coming down the stairs i was at, came out the door next to me instead (though this was rare compared to the distance issue).

Phew, thought it was just me.
Feels like distant footsteps are really loud but can't hear footsteps of people right next to me.
