Is it just me or is armour broken half of the time?

Armour gives you an additional 20hp of protection but I’ve hit 3-4 shots point blank range in the chest and still wouldn’t see the armour break half the time.

direct hit with the m5 recoiless launcher doesn’t instant kill players with armour.

Direct hits with Grenade launchers doesn’t instant kill players with armour.

wtf is going on???
