@DigitalHype god I hope not. There is a lot that goes into creating a function like that, with obvious triggers, etc. Now they would have to waste more time stripping it out and retesting it. Just a big waste of time for something that actually makes gameplay worse for everyone.

@Adamonic That's the big advantage BF4 had with the CTE that 2042 doesn't have.

A few thousand players testing is a lot better than a few dozen Dice employees testing.

The only animations I want are the revive to be done better and it would be cool to see a teammate reloading. All the other pre-match animations should go, all of them.
