@RiffLife81 In 2042 no it isn't, it was originally designed as a BR so communication between groups of players was not required.
The only solution would seem to be go back to a previous title or something else entirely. If you do that, it would of course depend on your platform. PC has a wide choice, including ARMA and Squad, but if you are on console, you are pretty much limited to Insurgency Sandstorm (although that is squad level only, communication is key with clearly defined roles).
