Is something broken about joining any modes today?

First me and my friend tried Rush, we ended the 2 of us vs 1  enemy. The same after 4 more tries. Then we tried Breakthrough and Conquest 64. Got stuck forever in the "waiting for players" screen? ...

I'm on PC with crossplay-on, located on the west coast of the US and it's been that way for a while now.
