Looks like we may get what we asked for in this upcoming patch. Hopefully this works fingers crossed.

He explained the situation, but not really the bug. I didn't watch every second of the video, but the majority of it and didn't see any examples.

I'm still a little confused about what it is exactly myself and usually I'm pretty sensitive to things like this. From my experience, the recoil feels inconsistent and can be much higher at the start. Which is kinda what he's saying. You have to break through the recoil (he says wall in the video) until your mouse inputs of countering the recoil get recognized. Sound right?
The recoil has felt off and the spread too actually at times. Sometimes I can control everything really great and I'll even surprise myself, while other times it's like what is going on.
@RaginSam When the trigger is held down but the mouse isn't moved, all the recoil builds up. Then when you move the mouse the crosshair won't move at first and then it suddenly sling shots in a direction.
That sling shot movement is the bug.
