Is there a proper way to submit requests and feedback for Portal?

I would love to give feedback and suggest new features for Portal. I don't know if Ripple Effect is open for feedback and requests, but there are some things I would LOVE to see added to Portal in the near future, such as adjustable squad sizes (with possibly logic to allow sizes to dynamically change through gameplay) and the ability to have more than two teams, and create something similar to SqDM, or SqCQ (where you have 4-6 squads fighting for map control.) I also see things like limiting one class per squad is a global setting instead of a per-team setting.

It would also be nice to hear their take on map editing (be it as simple as border manipulation, flag placements, or full-on placing buildings and terrain forming like FarCry). I would just like to know if there is a common place to discuss and get news from Ripple Effect about the future of Portal; if the only features being added are new maps and and factions, or if we can expect to see rules and logic options open up as the game progresses.
