Is there a "User.cfg"?

Good day everyone, is there actually a way to use a config like back in the days? A "User.cfg" in the installation directory with all the commands you want to be executed? I can't get it to work, ...

    I just tried it out.

    For me it works.

    I made a user.cfg

    with

    PerfOverlay.DrawFPS 1
    PerfOverlay.FpsDisplayScale 2

    and this is what I get:
