Is ther a chart for exp per level in BP (for the exp battle pass points)?
I am looking for real numbers not something someone made up. I am trying to calculate how much exp i will need by the end of season 1 to get T1
Right now i am level 70 with all weeklies done and i have the 5 levels from having gold so right now i am at leve 45 on the exp front and it is 13000 exp

i've had that happen a few times in breakthrough. not lately though

I can second this. Happened for me aswell. I don't remember which mode but I think Conquest.
You guys might want to keep a close eye on your Battle Pass progression levels and not just the points. The short video below shows what just started happening. It will do that exact same thing for a random number of rounds before unlocking just one level. View in HD.
Here's a few of the numbers I was getting on progression as well. I didn't keep track of all of them.
20,500 per dot @ Level 89 = 205,000
21,000 per dot @ Level 89.8 = 210,000
21,000 per dot @ Level 90 = 210,000
21,500 per dot @ Level 90.5 = 215,000
22,000 per dot @ Level 95.7 = 220,000
