Is there anywhere I can see my stats in the menu?
Can I really not look at my own stats???

@SohsuhOn PC, the “Tab” key performs that function. I have heard it is on “Select” on consoles.
For Xbox, I believe it is the “Scoreboard” entry:

I mean my overall stats.
Like, my career stats.
I cant see my stats anywhere from the main menu.
