is there going to be a campaign mode for battlefield 2042

Dose anyone know if they are going to fix the problem of there being no campaign Mode for 2042? I know so many people that If they like me had of known there wasn't one we would not have wasted our money. I have heard a lot of people are telling those that have not yet got the game not to for this reason and wish I had know this before buying the game. This would have to be the biggest disappointment in the history of the battlefield franchise.

I truly hope the developers of the game are going to fix this almighty * up they have made with this game
