I haven't seen anyone I've reported from within the game get banned, and they clearly continue to cheat.
I wrote it here because there is no other reporting tool, but it seems DICE is protecting its cheaters instead of protecting the players.
Make a package for 5 dollars and take care of the players we reported, then it would be okay, right?

You can also report directly through EA Help @umutergun:
However, reports do not lead to instant bans as everything is investigated first by EA's ToS team, which can take time (they may also decide not to take action for whatever reason). With that said, I agree that waiting for action to be taken is a frustrating experience (I'm also waiting for reports I've made to be actioned).
