Jittering mouse tracking in game menu

CPU's at 70% load.
Polling rate was 1000hz. I tried 500, 250 & 125 but no difference.
Clean boot makes no difference.
Its only doing this in BF2042 in the menu's. I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same in menu's? Thanks for the help!
@I_DYN4MO_I I’ve had that back about season 3 but not since. I did drop my polling to 500 at the time which helped me. I still run it higher for every other game, it’s just 2042 I have to nerf down my system to make it run better. Sad.
Mouse input has been broken since 2016 in Battlefield 1, Battlefield V, and now Battlefield 2042 as far as I know. Supposedly DICE fixed mouse input a few seasons ago but I've seen a large number of reports about mouse input still being broken so I have my doubts.
There's multiple posts in the technical support section about mouse input not working.
