Jittery Mouse Movement - this game is so bad the amount of bugs is ridiculous

My Third time trying to get constructive information on a show stopping bug.  I'll try again........... When I aim by moving my mouse, the rate at which left right up or down motion happens var...

@emerson1975 I think the raw input is conflicting with high DPI mice. The movement in game is slow, more so with vehicle turret speed but overall it’s slow. Higher DPI means the mouse is moving faster than the game can possibly move resulting in the buggered movement. Turning the raw mouse input on or off seems to have no effect.
