Just saw the K30 is getting nerfed. I mean I think all damage levels need to get changed but I long range needs to be nerfed taking me out from across the map or mid range should because its better than the AK at taking me out. What do you guys think?

@Lancelot_du_Lac LMGs should be more for static emplacements covering AR and DMR ranges, should be terrible on the move and bad if hip fired.

Im with @LlamaWithKatana . Ill use whatever is considered broken until it is nerfed. Trying to decide what to switch to next update. I have bsv and k30 t1 so it is time to work on something else. Im old and my reflexes suck now so ill take any advantage i can get

Was gonna try to T1 it before the nerf but noticed I lost all my progress so I guess I'll stick to the crossbow for now

@Adamonic why drum if it spreads too much and you still better tap fire.TBH K30 has too much range. Disgustingly long. I know I am the part of the problem but I'm at the stage "if it is op it is not my problem, my gun go brrrrrr".

I have numerous videos of being out gunned carrying an AK by the K30 at 50m+. I mean I land the first shot and still get beat. Here's what Battlefield Wiki says about it:
The K30 is a very fast firing submachine gun, capable of shredding targets at close range, while losing effectiveness over range more aggressively compared to other submachine guns. This weapon has high recoil, high spread and low damage.
It's not very "High spread and low damage". I own a semi-auto one of these, (Kriss Vector) and fired the full auto version. I can tell you that at 25m, you have a hard time hitting a human torso really accurately. Not saying it should be that hard in BF, but outgunning an AK at 50 - 100m, nah B.

But I don't understand... why nerf it at close-range? That's where it should excel being a fast-firing SMG. Did you mean at medium-long-range+?

@GrizzGolf They need to give it a bit more spread out past like 50-60 meters to make it harder to use at range. I hope they don't butcher it's damage or rof.

I think a nerf was inevitable. Ah well, better try finishing of the T1 for it.

Good that I got the mastery some time ago before the nerf. Amazing gun. I love how broken it is and how it turns game in ez mode.

@GrizzGolf It’s been needed at medium and long range engagements for a while. I’m working as fast as I can to get it to T1 beforehand lol. Probably won’t be able to get both the K30 and BSV before nerf hammer drops, I’ll do my best 😉
