KEYBINDINGS !! Game is unplayable! you cannot bind half the keys, then defaults to mouse7 and wont let you rebind.

A few of my thumb buttons couldn't be configured using a Steel Series Sensei Raw. What I've traditionally done as a workaround is configured alternate keys in the desktop app (PGUP/PGDOWN, for example), and then I use those keyboard bindings in-game to activate missing buttons on the mouse.
