KEYBINDINGS! Game is unplayable on PC!

KEYBINDINGS !!  Game is unplayable!  you cannot bind half the keys, then defaults to mouse7 and wont let you rebind.

@tactical2976 I have the same issue, Tried everything and reinstalled the game but still same!!
