Keyboard and mouse on consoles
Does the game have native support on PS5 for keyboard and mouse ?

Some of you make it like some kind of a philosophical thing. It's simple, just add the option to use mouse and keyboard for console players. There's nothing unfair about it or whatever, I'm reading like it's more of an excuse to play "easier". Console players got aim assist and yes, it's bad right now I'm aware of that and the devs have done nothing about it so far, especially for the loadout problem. Consider that some, if not most players are on PC aren't that good to aim either. I know console players are "afraid" of going up against PC players because they got the "advantage" and all but let me tell ya, it's no different whatsoever. I've witnessed the gameplays people do in Warzone and even Apex Legends. At the end of the day, it's more of whoever shoots first and is also having more map awareness. So yeah, bump and add the feature in anyways. Warzone has been doing it since day 1, especially MW2019 and it has been working out so far. Devs, you can't make up any excuses about it to avoid this simple feature to add into the game.
@Xemplefied You said it all pall. Im playing vanguard on ps5 and sometimes I play in a lobby full of controlers and others full of mnk and I never felt a difference..whoever is a good player is going to outperform regardless the input..its a matter of personal preference ONLY.

CoD has always had a much stronger aim assist that helps with both snap aim and tracking. Additionally, the typical engagement ranges are MUCH shorter than a normal battlefield and Battlefield 2042 maps are even bigger and more lacking in cover than normal.
All those factors mean the deficiencies of controllers is less noticeable in CoD than it is in Battlefield, especially with full-autos. Mouse will still always be king for sniping and semi autos.

@lucky_dutchI think a debate between which input is the best is very difficult to solve because both sides have some valid points. I guess for now it'll be sufficient if the devs add M&K for consoles in a crossplay lobby so the devs don't have to deal with any backlash or completely restructure crossplay.

In cod both inputs have some advantages and everyone has access to every input so you can just play what you prefer.
In BF2042, aim assist is so weak that mouse and keyboard is superior with all weapons at all ranges and only PC players get access.
Big difference between those two scenarios.
Just give consoles mouse support and let people make their own choices.
Guys check BROKENMACHINE on youtube..he plays BF2042 with controller on a PC and has no problem killing people. If mnk was such an advantage wouldnt he play with it?

Presumably because he’s spent years on console and prefers that input?
Thats all console players are asking for: the choice.
Not everyone's a god with controller lol, the man literally plays fps games for a living.. hardly a fair comparison.
Honeslty this is my biggest issue with the game right now, I'm really trying to enjoy it... there's a ton of bugs, gameplay and balance issues, etc to fix, but I could live with those if only I wasn't forced to play on a controller vs pc players (or not be able to find a match with crossplay turned off). it's just a miserable experience alla round right now.
All we ask if the ability to choose, give players to option to do so DICE, please.
Why does the devs think it is a bad idea to give choice? I just want to play in kb&m and I don't care if I have to play against other kb&m. I like to use kb&m that's all. I don't want any advantage. It is only my preference.

True many people think we want mnk to get an advantage but its just personal preference. Put me with pc players only I dont care I just want to play bf2042 on console with mnk. Simple
@lucky_dutchFair enough. However way anyone sees it, adding M&K support for consoles is probably the best way moving forward. I really hope the devs add this support before they start losing people.
