Lack of Communication
The silence from DICE is probably the sign for us all to give up on this game and/or DICE all together. The communication at the beginning around launch was such a positive change from the BFV days ...

DICE leadership doesn't give a crap about this game and it's obvious. DICE as a studio has done precisely nothing at launch to indicate that this game is a priority, that they give a crap, that they've learned anything, or that they want to put any effort into delivering consumers the product that EA's marketing team sold us on.
This isn't to crap on DICE staff, this is to crap on DICE leadership, who continue to seem to be beyond useless and learn nothing as the bumble from one rushed, buggy, incomplete launch to the next.

But it seems like the new management hasn't really improved anything (yet), we got no information on what to expect from the game in the future.
Something is seriously wrong with Dice, perhaps the company should just be killed by EA and BF should be put on hold for some time. - @edgecrusherO0 If they don't give a crap then they should have just released season 1 and not started down this feedback route. Release the full * of a game and quit flip flopping on their design
- @HJ_Spacewar It seems expecting competency from DICE leadership is one of the many "brutal expectations" for this game.

Everybody wants the game to be fixed, but the existing content (maps) are really bad and nothing new is being released for some time.
At this point content is the biggest problem, no fixes will bring players back to a game with very little and very bad content.
On the other hand, if they do not fix the game the new content will flop hard and it will all be a waste.
It actually seems more like they should refund the season battlepasses and kill whats left of the game, it is already pretty painful and it will only get worse from here.Kek, EA just canceled their annual EA Play Live event that took place during E3 every year. I imagine they were hoping to use BF2042 to anchor any announcements since most other projects are a ways off. Guess things must be going worse than we thought and Respawn/BioWare aren't ready to show anything new about their projects.
