@I_DYN4MO_I I think it's not the problem of "People don't know" but rather "They don't care".
Go around the forum and read what people are saying.
I don't care about kills, winning or losing, I just want to do X Y Z etc etc
I mean, starting with BF1, the community has shifted drastically from semi-competitive, engaging, and forward-looking to lazy, campy, slow, and not caring about anything.
It's crazy how in a matter of years we went from cherishing "good" players in the community to calling them "no life tryhards" and such. Any decent player is now seen as either a no-life tryhard who lives in his parent's basement or a hacker.
I've literally seen people crying about "good pilots killing me when all I want is to camp 1000m away from everywhere and snipe". Its ridiculous.
Thats why I don't bother playing with a clan or groups of people anymore.
I just play with a friend and my brother for the most part. We join a game, ruin everyone's day with an unprecedented amount of violence and leave.

No training needed. I know exactly how the game works.
5 headshots between 80m and 95m then I get gun charm.
What else is there to know?

I mean, sure some people just want to jump in a play without a care in the world but like the below video's highlight as an example, many new players just will not know about the not so common mechanics that exist in the game and there's a serious lack of infomation within the game that can clue them up.

Yeah it's crazy these days I agree. There's so many hackusations flying round that they've become more toxic than the actual hackers it seems. And again, it's lack of understanding of game mechanics 99% of the time and the state of the servers, bugs and desync.
I've seen players accuse others of hacking because they'd been spotted and the guy that killed them wasn't Paik. It's just ridiculous.- UP_Plumber3 years agoSeasoned Ace@I_DYN4MO_I the basic information for just playing and being efficient is always there. The smaller tips are needed for very specific and "out of order" situations where you might need them once every other day.
The big problem is people not understanding the basic and fundamental principles of the game.
Using SMGs at long range and wondering how somebody with an LCMG or M5A3 blasted them into the spawn screen.
Using ridiculous and useless attachments. This directly goes into the "I don't really care" bucket. I see people trying to turn M5A3 into a DMR using high-power ammo and an extended barrel and stuff like that. That stuff shouldn't be hard to find. If you really like a certain gun and want to know the best loadout for it, just youtube it. You will have lots of good players showing you what to use, and how to use it.
As a frontline player, I often see people who are completely lost. As in I'm in a middle of a fight, and they're staying in some random direction, totally clueless of what is going on around them. Its really pisses me off sometimes. They spawn on me, I get into a fight, kill a bunch of people, yet they're either camping somewhere or get killed in a crossfire for no reason.
Another thing is map knowledge and positioning. This is more "advanced" stuff, but still. I see people running into an obvious enemy position or around the corner where people are hiding and get mowed down. I personally use this tactic the most. Learning every single rock, hiding spot, and transition position between flags that take the least amount of time or have the best cover for a rotation. People never use maps for their advantage and get killed.
This is where the "I always get shot instantly OR I'm always getting shot from every direction OR I always get shot in the back" comes from. People simply don't understand where and when to run. People have map awareness of Christopher Columbus. As in they think its useless and shouldn't be looked at.
