@l8008l Still as you linked is not what they promoted the game with.

The ppl who abuse portal from the start are very high lvl or even max and there keeping it. So the milk is spillt. It's just punishing the rest of us for something others did and they didn't see this coming.

And dunno if anyone noticed, if you play coop you are always US, that kinda a cap too since you have to lvl RU stuff on MP
