Let people play with bots in Conquest mode without internet connection.

@TerofishyIt has been a long time since anyone has 'owned' a game, you own a License to use the software and this can be revoked anytime.

@Trokey66 and as long as you treat it like that and are okay with it there's no reason for it to change.
