Let people play with bots in Conquest mode without internet connection.

@Jesse165 Yes and no. Co-op implies more than one person is playing. Instant Action Missions are the same as Co-op Missions, but for singleplayer.

    @Jesse165 Yes. But they're not Co-op. They're singleplayer.
