Lets be honest here, the MP9 and K30 need nerfing
Too much accuracy and damage at longer ranges. 90% of my deaths are literally by these two weapons

There are two ways about it.
Either to make them hurt less over distance or to chance the spread to make them less easy to hit things there
@Trokey66We already have it. The guns are having an accuracy cone already. The SMG one needs to be somewhat wider as to prevent any SMG from beating an assault rifle at mid range.

I agree though, spread mechanics should be used more widely, especially with SMGs. Because of their drum mags and ability to dump, SMGs may still be a tad to good if damage drop off used.
