@RaginSam Can't we just go back to the old days before all this rubbish in modern gaming? Crossplay, live services, community calendar's, no server browsers etc. It all needs trashing.
Whilst I strongly believe this game should be accessible to both hardcore sweats and casuals alike, crossplay should not be the default option. It should exist as a secondary QoL feature to play against your mate on a different platform you might work with etc as an example.
Even though balancing issues do exist my main issue is the desync between platforms combined with the incredibly low TTK makes for a generally horrible experience overall.
